On the Way Home

Very pretty picture indeed! That is how desert sands look like, showing the effect of wind. That is also how sea bottom looks like, showing the effect of currents. I remember seeing a picturesque cloud formation some years back. It was the image of a giant pancake, five stacks high. What blew my mind was the perfect curvature of round pancakes and the sharp delineation of the stacks.

Where I live, there are more cloud formations becoz of what you mentioned as "effect of the wind". This place is known as the Area where strong winds abound almost all days of the year. Maybe it faces the Pacific on the South and a great River on the west that traces its source from what the Japanese call "The Southern Alps".

I wish I could have taken more, but almost always, the camera is left at home. Next time, I'll see what I can do about this.
