Do We NEED RULES?

My heart is heavy, my mind at a loss.
I cannot fathom some minds
who explicitly make others look dumb.
Is this true? Is this real?

Been up and about, sweatin my brows.
Share whatever I can to people who came.
But times are different and people simply don't care,
I am at a loss, is this for real?

Rules have been set, to make things easier.
But rules are just that, made to be broken.
Reminds me of leaders in the country I love most,
Rules that aren't followed, rules are just blown.

Why then, make rules if you wont stick to it?
I hear some people say: throw those to the air
And let chaos reign ..........
Sit back and watch what then happens.
