The TREE barks!

AFTER the hostage-taking drama in Manila the other day,
reports have it that Ronaldo Puno, the DILG Chief was
furious at how the Manila Cops handled the situation.

Whhhooooaaahhh!!

Walang papalpak.

Tapos na ang boksing, saka siya tatalak!
Ano ba yan?

MaMUNO ka! ...nang may pakinabang naman sa iyo!
Sa ngayon, seedling ka na lang muna!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
NOW........
hold your breath....
ANOTHER news reached my ear....
and this one, from a reliable source,
first-hand! Mismo!
There's this high-ranking official in the Cabinet
of MamaPanDoc who is often seen at plush Hotels
with a has-been starlet in tow!
Ey em wat ey em!
Yaiiikkkks!
Naman! Alam kaya ito ni Misis?
Sayang, walang piktyur....
Pero meron pa rin pong ebidens!
AWWWWWOOOOHHHH!!!!
GO TEAM RULEZ!
Woke up late this morning and what do I hear as I hit the button
to start that tube?
"GO TEAM RULEZ!"
I like the sound of that!
Reminds me of recent surveys.
Can anyone beat that?
Well, of course, the arms of evil can!
They have the manipulatory evil hand to do so....
But given the mind and the hearts of the Common Tao,
we can be sure:
GO TEAM RULEZ!
Hee-Haw!
GANITO SILA DITO:sana ganun din diyan!
This afternoon, the OLD MAN made everyone at the City Hall jump......
and jump, they did!
You see, he has called the City Hall time and again to report his lost Motorbike.
Akala ni Lolo, naayos na ang record niya kaya dapat, wala nang Tax na babayaran pa.
Ten years ago, he lost his Motorcycle: a Suzuki Intruder, 1400 cc.
He had some house repairs made and since his Big Bike was on the way, he had it moved near his trucks. It sat there for some six months. Later, he noticed it wasn't there anymore. Someone must have grown lusty over the Bike. It was cool, per the pictures he kept in his photo-albums.
Then today, another notice from the City Hall came, asking him to pay the Tax for the Bike. This includes some back taxes. As far as Real Property Taxes are concerned, he pays on time. He has paid the tax for the lost bike for the past ten years, hoping that his lost Bike be recovered. But he was not willing to spare another Yen for a lost item he doesn't have anymore.
He called the City Hall and yelled his lungs out!
Perhaps, the lady on the other end was taken aback...she failed to give the needed info. Tas parang naging busy daw ang linya! Nasuya ang matanda!
He dialed again and asked for the Chief..or the one in charge of the Tax Division.
He said words ordinary Japanese say when faced with inefficient service from inefficient government employees.
"You eat because of my money!"
"Why can't you give me the service I expect of a government employee?"
"You survive because I pay my tax!"
"I pay your salary!"
"Anta, baka da na!"
"Omae, baka janai?"
"You fool, you don't know?"
.....et cetera...et cetera...blah-blah-balh!
Grabe ito!
I thought....Nagkataon, lasing na si Jiji!
Patay kang bata ka...I thought!
Lolo is such a GANGKO na OJIISAN...
Makulit, maingay, mareklamo, na matanda.....
at kapag may mali, umalis ka na lang!
But soon after, the Tax Chief assigned in the City Hall called our home telephone and talked to the Old Man. The official explained in a mild manner how to apply for a rebate for all those Taxes he has paid. He assured the Old Man that an application paper be sent ASAP for Lolo to fill up....
Mild manner, ha? Kahit na anong bulyaw at mura ni Lolo, maganda pa rin ang sagot nung kausap!
A good twenty-five minutes later, true to form, the City Hall service crew came and placed an envelope inside our Post Box. It was the Form, delivered, as promised!
I'm amazed!
But here, my dear, that, is ordinary!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Gee!
I wish we have the same type of employees in government in Pinas!
Kailan kaya?

PO-GI: that's what it's all about!

Most people I talked to said they smelled a rat and that rat stinks!

The hostage drama's side stories are beginning to unfold a day after it happened....thereby making the ordinary Juan-de-la-Cruz speculate as to the real motives of the people behind the "drama."

It appears that the accomplice of Ducat was "a photographer of chavit-da-sabit
when he was made a Datu in Zamboanga, some years back. Inamin ni chavit...baka siya sumabit, eh! May nakarinig marahil kaya umamin!

YUN lang kaya ang koneksiyon?

Baka marami pa! Sey n'yo na!
Ahem! Ahem!

What about the last statement of ducat before he agreed to go down
the bus, ei?

Suportahan taka!
Abutan taka sing cuarta!

POlitical GImmick!
THAT....is the real motive behind all these hulabaloo!

Mahirap bang memorize-n yan?
Ahahay!!!!

Besides, while it is true that many of our Kababayans have grown weary of corruption in Inang Bayan, the means taken by Ducat is a big N0!-N0!. In my book, using children as pawns to get what you want is endangering the lives of innocent civilian, and children at that! Kung hinostage anak ng baboy, baka sakali pa.

However, it appears that the whole things was a farce. Scripted, sabi nga.
Marami ang pumapel na opisyal, kasama na si Bong Revilla at si Chavit.
Why Chavit, I do not know! Sabi nung iba, kasi kulelat sa survey.

IN EllenVille, there were posters who reacted to the ensuing drama.
Someone who goes by the handle Tongue-Twisted
posted this. It somehow made things clearer, although the poster issued a disclaimer.

Natawa ako sa post kasi, tumugma sa eksena.
Here's the entire post, looted from Ellen's.

Enjoy!

Tangna talaga, kung hindi lang na-trapik si Dato Arroyo sa South Superhighway, malamang nadoon din sa loob ng bus iyon!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sa headquarters ng mga TUTA, tanghali ng March 28:
Mike Defensor: Sayang yun mga ‘tol, yung mga holdaper nga nakipaghabulan ako, diyan pa, hindi naman tumatakbo yung bus!
Ed Angara: Ang yabang naman nito, nakipaghabulan daw e yung backup car lang naman ang humabol, siya nandun sa tabi ng cameraman para laging kasama sa picture.
Vic Magsaysay: Swapang naman iyan si Chavit, kanina pa doon ayaw pa umalis. Ako na ang susunod, diba Direk?
Direk: Hindi ikaw, si Kiram muna.
Raffy Recto: Sabi ko kay Vi sa cellphone, dadalhin ko siya doon para dramahan niya si Ducat, ako ang kukuha nga mga granada at baril, natunugan yata yung tawag ko, ayun inunahan tuloy ako ni Chavit.
Direk: Eto pala ang swapang, pasok ka na sa Minagic 12, aagawan mo pa si Gov. Teka, Bakit ka naman hindi dumating Datu Kiram?
Jamalul Kiram: Pisti kasi trapik sa Quiapo, nagdasal man kami sa muske duon, piro dili man kami nakasakay papunta siti hol. Wala taksi, apat nga uras kami hintay wala man datong.
Joker Arroyo: Kung hindi ba naman engot na Datu Puti itong si Kiram, apat na oras naghintay ng taksi, wala pang beinte minutos nandoon na siya kung naglakad siya, nakapag kamay pa siya sa maraming tao.
Tessie Oreta: Buti na lang hindi tumakbong senador si Ducat dahil talo ang plataporma ko. Ako gagawa pa lang nng batas, si Ducat nagbibigay na ng libreng pre-school. Buti na lang pinalitan ko na yung campaign ad ko, ginawa ko nang “I Am Shorry, Oreta version”.
Migz Zubiri: Eeew, yoko nga umepal sa mga ganyang scenes, no. Pleeze, bawal yang mga ganyan sa beauty ko. Yung pa-boxing-boxing, sa campaign ad lang yun! Mahirap mapasubo sa ganun, baka makalmot ko yang matandang Ducat na yan.
Prospero Pichay: Hey, Como esta! Anon’g nabalitaan kong merong pinagkakaguluhan sa City Hall? The Cut ang tawag sa radyo. Pagkakaperahan siguro dahil nandoon si Bong at Chavit.
Tito Sotto: Pare, talagang tanga ka, hindi The Cut..Dakot!
Cesar Montano: Tito Sen, Ducat po. Tinututukan na ni Direk Carlo Caparas. Baka isama sa gagawing sequel ng bio ni Gov Chavit. Ganado nga siya, kasi baka magkakaroon na ng ending ang buhay ni Gov. ng di inaasahan. Kaya dual ang role ko bilang Ducat at si Gov.
Direk: Tangna nyong lahat, kung lahat kayo papapel doon, halatang halata na pakana natin iyun. Puro kayo mga tanga, mga bobo.
Gloria: Hep, hep, dahan-dahan ka sa pagsasalita!
Pangilinan: Noted, ma’am.
BLOGGIN' bloggin' bloggin'/ROLLIN', rollin', rollin'!
It is gratifying to note that there are moments when people's opinions make waves and "prick' some hearts.....This is particularly true in blogs: opinion-centered blogs, that is.
For sometime now, blogs have made some heads roll. These same blogs have been the target of some group who try their very best to shut out and do every evil thing,
such as hack and put them out of circulation. This is true with Ellen's Blog which attract hundreds of visitors almost 24/7!
I am not surprised, though. It is the reaction of someone who is guilty of so many things. This is as true as the sun rises in the East.......
.....that blogs can sure reach out to a lot of our Kababayans and those named "wandering heroes" [OFWs] who, incidentally, keeps the economy going via our remittances.
PAANO MAGWAWAKAS ANG KASAMAAN?
KUNG ALAM ninyo,
puwede po ba, pakisabi lang?
Nakakapikon talaga ang sistemang bulok ni gloria.
Sangkaterba na ang nagrereklamo ngunit wala pa ring pagbabago!
Magaling dumiskarte ang mag-asawang ganid. Alam nila "lagyan"
ang kiliti ng ilang perhuwisyong ganid na mas pinili ang kasuwapangan
kaysa sa pagmamahal sa Bayan.
Palibhasa'y ang sinasanto ay pera, ayun at nagsama-sama sila!
Lumabas ang TUTA....
Kasama sa TU ang mga sampalatayang TUTA na walang pakialam
kahit na nagugutom ang Sambayanan.
Isip ko lang.....
LAHAT ng kasamaan ay may wakas.
Walang nanatiling nasa poder nang matagal.
Kasaysayan ang makapagpapatunay niyan.
Nandiyan si Hitler, si IDI AMIN, si marcos
at iba pa!
Hindi kaya sila takot sa balik ng Bayan?
Nakakatulog pa kaya sila sa gabi?
Mahimbing kaya?
Masaya kaya sila?
KAILAN magwawakas ang Kasamaan?
PAANO?
SAMU'T SARI
A LOT has happened as 2007 shoved its way. March is nearing its end...
and soon April will usher a new calendar year for most of us.
Good things has happened to me these past quarter of a year:
Let me count them here....
1).I gained new friends who almost[!] share the same thoughts as I do....
Seems to me, there are lots of guys who are nauseated with how glue and her big, fat pig run the Philippines! And the greedy duo thought they could own/buy everyone, eh?
Added to that,2). I met the Prexy of a neighborhood association who happened to
be a schoolmate in University. How long ago was that, again? My memory fails me this time! Spare me, will ya?
3). I was able to attend a neighborhood association meeting for the first time!
You see, I am always "out of town"....That, we always say to those who come and ask for me. I don't usually say I travel to my neighbors. They know I am just in Davao, teaching! Aheh-heh! Ayoko kasi ng high-fallutin, high-profile image, eh... Trip ko yung hindi mapansin. I like working behind the scene....or doing something unannounced. Besides, the neighborhood where I live aren't that close, anyway! But then, the meeting was OK and 'twas a chance I hope I won't regret.
4). I found the best masseuse near my place! It was the best massage I ever had, really! I love being pampered...and I go to SPAs whenever I have the chance. I have been to big ones and those that littered SM Malls. I go as far as Tagaytay [there are two there!] just to have my massage, mind you.... But this one was par excellente! Superb, to say the least. She takes her time massaging you inch by the small inch.... Thus, you feel relaxed becoz almost all the pipelines are massaged easing the nerves...At the end of a two-hour massage, I felt relaxed and hungry. That, is the result of a good massage, experts say. I was able to sleep well and woke up feeling reelaxed the next day. Fantastic!
5. Jiji called me and asked me to come back!
I was in MManila, trying to get a vacation all by lonesome self. Then there's the call, insistent and loud! Twas Jiji asking me when I will be back. I have made the rounds and did what I have to do re: my papers and all those taxes to be paid.
Jiji is a very hard-headed old man of the old school. No one dare contradict him, lest they get some tongue-lashing from him. I did last December. And when I took off to meet my brothers, he said, "Don't bother to come back!"
Of course, I knew Jiji was just acting up. He was lonely. Nobody could put up to his ugali..... Siguro, ako lang!
Maybe he just felt lonely when I left...hence his actions. NOW I know!
I hope to bring him to MManila when work is lesser....I just pray he can survive the heat of MManila, so I can take him there during the Winter time here.
PUTIKAN
In the NEWS:
Lots have been said about gloria....
but one thing that made my blood boil
was her statement re: HUNGER!
Wala talagang delikadesa ang hambug!
She, who eats and enjoys sumptuous feasts,
courtesy of my tax money, have the nerve!
Then comes the news about Alicia,
the 2nd wifew of Ignacio who owned up the Pidal account.
May nawawala at meron ding nakuha!
Ayos! Sila-sila, nagnanakawan!
Putik nga sila sa gitna ng Putikan nilang pamilya!
Shame and Scandal follows the fools!
Kailan kaya ang katapusan ng malo familia?
Sana, Lord, dalian N'yo na po....
Para Sa Bayan!
Amen.
Gotcha!
Sa wakas!
Nakuha ko rin!!!!
Been sometime, but sure hope I can recover.
HEE-HAW!
BTW,
Been reading Uniffors and those "Favorita" and "Igorota" stuff...
Heheheheheh......
Masyadong bisi si perst pig!
Hindi pa nagkasya 'Toh sa iisa!
Meron pa siyang code names hah!
Hee-Haw!
Round and round the Garden......Like a Teddy Bear!
Been here for how many days? 10 or so...I believe, but I still have not gained enough equilibrum to start writing.
I've been meaning to, these past few days. Yet, I can't find the time to sit down and write something. Oh yes! there are many things going on in my mind and have been wanting to write 'em all down, but still..........
First I don't feel organized yet. So many things to do, so many things to read...and so many things to arrange. The house was in a mess, with Lolo and his garbage strewn all over. The mailbox is loaded with unread mails which needs more time to read. And there's the usual daily chores I need to fulfill so I can live decently in this place I now call "mine".....Oh! whatever!
Besides, my attention has been focused involuntarily, I suppose, to that new tube.
The old one just went pfffttttt!!!,Lolo said and so he just have to ask his favorite DENKI-ya San [Appliance Store] nearby to get him a new one. This time a 37-inch flat-screened Plasma TV with all those BS, CS, Digital connections along with it.
The movies are endless and my eyes always revert back to the tube once I am seated behind my PC screen. Perhaps because I have deprived myself of going to moviehouses since I lived here. I have only watched re-runs and all those stuff.
So in-between those movies and surfing the mails that have been there since half of December last year, I have to make house, cook meals, shop for groceries and work a little.
The SY is about to end and I need to re-program my schedule for the next SY.
I need to go to the local City Office for the next assignment, I guess.
Anyway.....perdone mi!
Catch you up later,........
.......this one looks like a suspense.
Ciao!
